We will be finishing our power points next week, showaing all the digital photos of us throughout the year. I will burn it on CD, but if you have a flash (thumb, zip) drive that you could send, I could put it on there. I think that would work much better. This is my last Friday letter this year! I can't believe how fast it's gone! We started out being thankful for doors, windows and bathrooms in the same building - now we are thankful we got to spend ten months together - learning and having fun! Your kids taught me so much!

It’s hard to believe we’re heading into the last week of school. Hopefully the weather will cooperate so we can all feel like summer is actually here.

Next week we’ll be finishing up our units on life cycles and Ukraine with some fun activities. Most of our butterflies have emerged and as soon as it stops raining we will release them.

The kids will be swimming on Tuesday so please make sure the permission slip is returned by Monday if possible. Awards night is on Thursday, June 24 at 6:30 pm at the hall. Your child will receive notice if they are receiving an award but everyone is welcome to attend.

Monday, June 28 is a half day of school, dismissing at 11:30 am. Report cards will be given out that morning.

It’s been so much fun teaching your children this year. They are a terrific bunch of kids! I hope everyone has a wonderful summer.
